Build A Brand That Books is a course offered by 5-Star Host’r Coach, a DBA of The DeGeorge Team, Inc. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” throughout these Terms refer to 5-Star Host’r Coach / The DeGeorge Team, Inc.

2. Course Access

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive access to the Build A Brand That Books course materials through our hosting platform, Mastermind.com. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable.

This course is designed to help short-term rental hosts develop authentic, compelling branding to attract their ideal guests. We reserve the right to update, modify, or add to course content at any time. We also reserve the right to discontinue access to the course platform with reasonable notice.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge to your payment method. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a results-based satisfaction guarantee. If you complete all course modules, submit your Brand Identity Worksheet, and genuinely feel the course did not deliver value, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date by contacting us via Email Us. Refund requests must include proof of completed coursework to be considered. Requests submitted after 7 days or without proof of completion will not be honored. This policy exists to ensure our guarantee serves students who are genuinely committed to implementing the material.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your course, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content — including but not limited to videos, written materials, templates, brand guides, graphics, worksheets, and other resources — is the exclusive intellectual property of 5-Star Host’r Coach / The DeGeorge Team, Inc. and is protected by copyright law.

You may not:

•           Share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any course materials

•           Upload course content to any third-party platform

•           Use course materials to create competing products or services

•           Share your login credentials with others

Your purchase grants you a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Build A Brand That Books course is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and usefulness of the course content, we do not warrant that the information provided will meet your specific needs or produce any particular result.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5-Star Host’r Coach / The DeGeorge Team, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use this course, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.

The branding strategies and information provided in this course are intended for educational purposes. Individual results — including changes in bookings, guest retention, or overall business performance — will vary based on effort, experience, market conditions, property type, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results in your short-term rental business.

9. User Conduct

By accessing this course, you agree to use it lawfully and in good faith. You agree not to engage in any conduct that would harm other users, our platform, or the integrity of our content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of USA/Colorado.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this website. Continued use of the course following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
